Tyre Kicking (Again!)
First topic message reminder :
Found this ZX-12 at the following QLD dealer:
Top Gun Yamaha
Location
Bundamba, QLD
http://www.bikepoint.com.au/all-bikes/dealer/details.aspx?R=12039026&ref=Item&Nne=&N=&Ns=
Of course it looks ok in the photo - but the cheap price has me wondering. If it was ok, my daughter might be interested.
Anyone had anything to do with this dealership?
Late edit, thanks to 2WA:
I don't think this has been posted before but for those amongst us who are thinking (dreaming) about adding to the fleet this website might help you decide if the bike is rideable all day or just a lap to the café. Click >>> Cycle Ergo

Re: Tyre Kicking (Again!)
Well well well. You southerners win one state of origin in nine years, and you all think you can jump on the, "Lets give Hammy's Bird a Hard Time Wagon". Bring it on ! I have broad shoulders. I can take it. And Jim. I'm not falling for that, "I am your friend" tactic. Try to lull me into a false sense of friendship and then break my heart with yet another low blow from afar. oh no. I can see what's going on here. You are all just wardrobe Blackbirdsexuals. That's right. You secretly wish that you could ride a Bird and soar above the rest. But your too scared. Cause the Bird is a REAL Mans bike. Not for sissy la las. . Stay with your oversized, underpowered, illhandeling, non brakeing, dull lighted, thinly painted, butt aching, finger numbing, foot buzzing, kidney shaking thing you call a bike. And please stay in the left lane. Cause that's where the slow traffic belongs.

Coleman - you softcock.
Now, I know its early Sunday morning and Tracey is ragging on you already for leaving your undies on the kitchen sink again, but gird your loins up man!!

For god's sake, he owns and rides a Honda, the material is endless.
You hereby have till 6pm tonight to come up with a non metrosexual response.
Hang in there Hammy, I'm sure he'll put the effort in soon.
Now, where were we in this thead. Oh yeah, Dave was talking about bikes, wasn't he.

Nah Bosco - she's still sitting in the shed waiting for me to pull the carbs again and re-do the floats. I really should have found time to do that but sadly not. So no progress - but maybe this arvo since this morning I seemed to have done all the jobs the missus wanted finished this week.

Re: Tyre Kicking (Again!)
Bored with TV so cruising around BikeSales. Here's the proof!
Proof that you can buy a lot of bike brand new for a decent price (apart from the Bandit!):
Proof that some current new 2014 model bikes come in decent colors:
Proof that sexy single cylinder bikes are still being made:
Now I'm being called for dinner!!

Pizza! Made from leftover roast chook - so sate chicken and capsicum. Easy and very nice too.

Re: Tyre Kicking (Again!)
The Tedium would be my pick of that lot.
A very underrated bike well ahead of its time. Maybe it's to time is still coming
Didn't know they were still available in 2013

Re: Tyre Kicking (Again!)
That's a current BikeSales advert 2WA - they're offloading a leftover from last year.
