I can't confirm yet but definitely interested.
Kaylah is very keen to go, next year the event would be pre Uni starting but would still depend on her dance commitments if her team performs at the Adelaide Fringe again

Re: WSBK 2017
Just checked the availability of "island Daze" for the last weekend in Feb (23-27) It is still currently available
Assuming the dates are correct who's interested in confirming interest? Need at least 6

Bev & I are happy to commit - Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun (assume you had the 4 days in mind?). Or just Fri, Sat & Sun if suits the group better.

Re: WSBK 2017
Got a reply back from the property manager.
He's saying the WSBK dates are confirmed as 23-26th Feb. I've found a couple of sites selling packages for those dates most are saying dates to be confirmed. The PI track web site doesn't have it on their calendar yet.
Anyway if we want to reserve it we need to leave a deposit of $180
At the moment with only 4 guests its too expensive.

He buggered it up and only quoted me on 3 nights and that was $1200
He hasn't replied since I corrected it.

Ok, Bev reminds me that the same weekend we are supposed to be doing some wedding shopping in MLB as our son is getting married in March. So, bottom line, is that I don't know now what we are doing - best thing is to count us out and we'll just work things out as we go, trying to fit both SBK and the wedding stuff in. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Is there anyone else interested in going?
we don't want to leave it too late to get a house if we go that way

Re: WSBK 2017
Our situation, in terms of certainty to attend, has been further disrupted by a change of wedding date - now the weekend after WSBK at PI. We're still going to try to get there but can't commit to a group approach due to the uncertainty and the likelihood we'd buggerise you around.

Not sure If I'm going to make it.
Due to the uncertainty of this, other people have jumped in and filled the Holiday book at work. I don't think there is any room left

Maybe skip the WSB's then, would you be up for something else a bit later?
Maybe this (I copied it from the 2017 National Meet thread)

Something else to think about . What about a gathering based around the Barry Sheene Festival of Speed 2017. Eastern Creek. March 23-26, 2017.
I like that idea, Hammy.
I like the idea, but it's one or the other for me.
Meet you in somewhere like Echuca for the 1st night, make our way to Sydney via where ever, back down the Pacific Hwy to Melbourne with a few detours to try some of Jimmy's/Ewok's local roads? Just a thought?
