Grampians Meet, 4-5-6 march 2016 (cancelled until further notice)

First topic message reminder :

Whilst we were in Parkes there was some discussion around "the next one". The Grampians was mention as a possible area.

Happy to start the ball rolling and get the discussion happening

Hammy, how quickly (days not speed) are you planning on heading North, can you do a night or 2 in the Alpine region with us?

I have the mon-fri to get to Wauchope at the start of the Oxley. So plenty of time to discover new roads. I think Ewok (Dave) will be keen to do a bit of a ride. He did mention riding up to Tamworth to meet me on the way down. Then doing the Putty, and who knows what else. We can all work in together so that everyone gets to where they want to go.  I will be happy to not have to set off alone after WSBK.

At this stage the Grampians meet is off and we are just going to the WSBKs at Philip Island

After 2 days riding through the Grampians after the WSBK's I think it should be considered for a future meet, I'd even consider do a day over, 3 days/2 nights and then ride home if there were enough interested in spending 2 nights there late in 2016 or some time in 2017, the place has a hell of a lot going for it

Perhaps organise a better time for it, some time in sept or oct, or into Autumn, but def not summer.

Originally was first suggested after winter 2015 then got move to March 2016 , then ultimately cancelled.
