T shirt for Parkes Meet

First topic message reminder :

I'm starting a fresh topic for this so it's easier to keep a track on.

So the final design can be finished with all of the start destinations I'll need a full list of who is going in the next month or so.
Could all definite please leave your Name and Location so I can look at finishing the design, also could you indicate if you want a commemorative T Shirt, and if more than one, how many and sizes

It really is getting messy, I started this thread to keep it separate from the trip talk banter etc, we've got a whole other thread we can talk about the non t shirt stuff.

Hey Chook ( back on topic ).  Would you like payment for the T-shirts ?  Or, are you going to cover it and collect at Parkes ?  It's quick and easy to deposit funds into your bank account.

They dont reopen until 27 Jan, they assure me that is plenty of time, as long as orders are finalised by early 2nd week in Feb, I want to confirm 100% the price I calculated from his email is right, they did also mention they could send direct to Parkes for me, I need to check that as I reckon that could be a far cheaper option than relying on and paying Aust Post to do individual packages (anyone that is going to be in Hay Thurs night, I'd be happy to carry those shirts but I wont have room for all of them)

As soon as I'm 100% sure of cost inc postage I'll pm everyone my bank details

I've just confirmed my booking at the Coachman and asked about having the shirts sent there as one package. If that happens I'll probably collect my shirts and possibly Rayman06's myself before they send them off. I just have to confirm the shirt printers postage costs with the cost of individual packages, I reckon posting in bulk should be heaps cheaper though

It seems my interpretation of their quote was a bit out (it was as clear as mud but I was sure I'd covered it all) They were back in their office after the Xmas break to answer emails

He has confirmed the following

2 colours as per current design based on up to 20 (this would drop a little bit now it's over 21)
20 shirts $10.18 each
2 colour print $5.50 each
2 colour set-up cost divided into 20 t-shirts $6.60 each
Total cost $22.28 per tshirt each
Plus freight $27.50 (I have asked for confirmation that this is the total frieght cost to be divided by the number of shirts not total shirt cost inc. frieght)
That would make the total a bit under $24 a shirt delivered to Parkes
 


If we dropped the red and went back to just white print based on up to 20 (this would drop a little bit now it's over 21)

20 shirts $10.18 each
1 colour print $4.29 each
1 colour set-up cost divided into 20 t-shirts $3.30 each
Total cost $17.77 per tshirt each

That would make the total about $19 a shirt delivered to Parkes

Do we want to stick with 2 colours or just go back to white print only?

Agree with Suzy - I'm okay with the amended pricing on the original design (2 color print).

Im happy to pay the two colour price. Mine will be + postage and I've just paid $35 for a HRC t-shirt so your pricing is right mate.

I'm heading back home after Parkes via Sale, can drop them off if you want.

(assuming you don't try and hide that "other" bike down the road and come for a walk  to catch up in Parkes  )
