T shirt for Parkes Meet

First topic message reminder :

I'm starting a fresh topic for this so it's easier to keep a track on.

So the final design can be finished with all of the start destinations I'll need a full list of who is going in the next month or so.
Could all definite please leave your Name and Location so I can look at finishing the design, also could you indicate if you want a commemorative T Shirt, and if more than one, how many and sizes

Thank's for the feedback, I've heard back from everyone except 1 and it was unanimous to keep the 2 colour design.

This is the orders I currently have, can everyone confirm this is correct as it will be what I'll be sending to the T shirt supplier

If anyone else wants to order a shirt, or anyone wants to order additional shirts let me know ASAP, cut off will be late next week, they will be approx $24.00 each including delivery, they will all be posted in one parcel to the Coachman Hotel in Parkes.

Anyone not attending can either have someone who is attending deliver it to the if that's convenient, or I'll post it out so there would be a extra cost of whatever Australia Post charges

Can you make my large one Charcoal. I'll have to check with Zoe when she gets home if she would like a different colour.

Could everyone measure a shirt they know that fits and compare it to this size chart, let me know if you want to cange sizes by the end of this week.

Most of my best fit shirts are 2xl, looking at this chart I've decided to go with 3xl

You will grow into it Steve   ...............they may also shrink a little  bit with washing.

The only person I haven't heard from to confirm order and sizing is Jimmy The Boy, if anyone has his contact details could they send him a message

Re reading my post I should have worded it better, others I haven't had replies re sizing yet (didn't expect it yet, only asked yesterday) I hadn't heard from Jimmy at all about design/numbers etc

Just got a reply back from Jimmy. His PC isn't working.
I have asked him to measure a shirt and get back to me

Everyone that has asked for changes, please check the chart at the top of the page to make sure I've got it right

I've gone on the side of caution, I was borderline 2XL but went the 3, hope I'm not swimming in a tent.

All those colour choices and we've all ordered Black, Charcoal or Navy, geez we're a exciting bunch

But at least none of us are average (Medium that is)  

Last call for shirts or changes to the orders, I need to know by Monday. 

I'll send everyone a PM with my bank and email details over the weekend, as soon as I get the final price confirmed (should be around $23 - $24) I'll post it here
