G'day Guy's did a bit of a search but thought I would raise the subject once again...
Now one thing I need to say is I'm on the little brother Bandit 600s, so what sort of tyre pressure should I be running? I weigh 100kg and a big tall bloke at 198cm riding on Bridgestone Battlax BT45 110/70/17 and 150/70/17.
Currently I run about 38psi front and 40psi rear.

Thanks in advance..

Those pressures sound ok to me.
Depends on the riding in a lot of ways.
My commuting pressures are 38/40. A geared up tour 38/42 A twisty play 36/40 thats with PR2's

The Pilot Power Pures on the FZ are very sensitive and like to start a bit lower.

I have mine around 42-38.  But 40-36 works just as well, I do bet a bit more mileage with the higher pressures.

I remember when most bikes had 33psi front and 36psi rear as per the workshop manuals, with 38/42psi when two upping. These days every bike has 38/42 psi or there abouts, with no extra for two ups. I believe this is due to litigation by dickheads who ran under-inflated tyres when the bikes were loaded and ended up arse-over-tit. I used the recommended readings on my previous bike and barely got 9000km out of the tyres. I'm back to 33/36 or 34/37 these days and the tyres seem to be wearing more evenly and taking the bumps a bit better.
