Tyre Pressure Monitoring System .. high pressures wtf ?

I've recently installed a TPMS system on my GSX 1250 FA, one thing I've noticed is that with the tyres set to 36/42, after a long ride my tyre pressures rose to 43/49 with tyre temps at 33C F and 39c R.  My Questions is, should I be reducing my tyre pressure while riding to 26/42 or jsut accept that their going to run higher ?  Tyres btw are Michelin road 5's.

Tyre pressures should be set cold, they will go up with temperature increases, and come back down as it returns to ambient temp

42/42 here, I go to 42/44 2 up and loaded.
