What does everone think about a TRIVIA thread

Stuff that maybe of no use to most people but really handy to the others. Maybe a good DVD ,something they have made,seen ,heard of ,
cooked ,been too .Minor things that do not really warrant a post of there own.(like most of my stuff ,there beat you to it )
Like taking a tractor tyre up north to float your Bandit across a river to a football selection ,the taste of beer ,who's state is
better at Rugby League. (may be not that) .Something that may make someone else say ,"why didnt i think of that".

Good idea or just post it on "off topic discussions " or not post it at all? (feeling vulnerable now )

Lets hope the weather for the next scone run is fine all over.

Little bit interesting yesterday, I went to Sportcycles to get pink slip for the VStrom. I noticed an Hayabusa there without its clothes and a turbo charger!

There was also a bloke there with a dog discussing the finer points of Power Commander setup and autotune with Jamie.

I should have worked it out when the dog had a bandana around his neck.

Anyway it was Tex and Bundy http://texandbundy.com.au/ so I wouldn't mind betting it was their turbo Hayabusa.

Bundy sat on my foot whilst I was waiting to pay for my pinkslip.

their busa is blue and white if I recall, I saw them at PITS not long ago.

It is the infamous Putty Road between Windsor and Singleton, well part there of.

bought a pair of Pirelli Angel STs for $399 fitted ...... but before that, I was quoted from Fraser's .. $720 for a pair of tyres fitted, yet the girl couldn't tell me the brand of tyre (I wanted to know who makes tyres out of gold).

Hello all, I am looking at buying a new screen for my 2002 1200S, the photo is what i have now and i am happy with its workings. Can anybody tell me if this is a standard screen and possibly where to source one from? I have priced from local dealer and $175 as opposed to approx. $100 ebay.
