So I've bought and fitted a Cogent shock, but there were no destructions regarding setting the sag or rebound. has anyone got one of these and did you get a manual of sorts?

If not what have others got there sag set to?

The front is also feeling pretty crap after the new rear so I am going to have to book it into the suspension shop anyway and get it sorted too.

Sorry mate, I have the manual here, I forgot to put it in with the package, I was gonna chuck it out today but luckily I didn't. Hope these pics help. I set it up per the manual n it was stiff as buggery, I just did it by feel in the end.

Pretty rudimentary,  but it'll get you in the ball park.
