Pipe and screen
Received and fitted my new delkevek pipe ,very happy with looks and sound . Fitting was a no tears 20 min. job. The eagle screen again looks great on the bike but the devious little bastard that invented those useless rubber encassed retaining nuts for the screen needs to be flogged. what should have been another no tears job ended up an exersise in frustration. Both eagle and Planet Moto provided first classs service and very quick delivery as well as great product. Will post pics soon.

Nice work.......Took the plunge today myself, i ordered the powerbronze dark tint bubble screen and, after wayyyyy too much deliberation over the last few months, decided to get an oval, stainless 380mm Beowulf, go to order the fucker and damn, they started holidays for 3 weeks, 1 day ago..... damn...... Is the bubble screen so high that it's grandpaish? i was originally going to get a standard.... blah blah blah......

Mate you'll love the Beowulf can but pin the buggers down on a price ex VAT or they will charge you for VAT like they did me. We are not required to pay VAT (17%) and that money just goes to their bottom line. Now as soon as you start talking like that they will be very slow to answer emails so if thats the case get on the blower unless you're in the habit of throwing money away. Delivery should be in about 7 days.
Seeing as you've saved the 17% order the Suzuki woven gasket and put the new one on with the new can just in case you stuff the old one getting it out. Mine survived but was a bastard to get out.
Re: Pipe and screen
Whats VAT? i guess i should have just googled it... and i throw enough money away on beer to want to start chucking even more around.

pipe and screen
first proper test ride today screen works great,cutting wind buffet way down even at 160 and looks good doing it. Pipe sounds really good ,not loud at all. Had to do the no baffle test and unless you,re in full idiot mode its not LOUD by any stretch. Photos to follow as soon as my camera decides to play the game.Went to the trouble of clean up for a post today but Mr Cannon had declared a flexi , pics soon.

Re: Pipe and screen
anyone got an opinion if the powerbronze double bubble screens are too high? i really like a streamlined look, ive ordered one, but given that there is a 5 week lead time, im assuming there is still time to change my mind.....

I'm 165cm high and at 110 k/hr I don't get a lot of buffetting but if I sat bolt upright I would.
I really like that Eagle screen though .. hmm
anyway here's my powerbronze screen;
