when I lived in Adelaide I regularly went to the amber light café in Lobethal..there were few spyder pilots and the general thought by diehards was..WHY.im probrably gonna get shot down here,and im a new member too,but I have to say in my opinion spyders are uglier than I am!

If my wife said " i would prefer a spyder over your GSX" and it meant that she would come riding more with me i would buy one in a heartbeat. And considering that there have been a few negative comments about Dave buying a spyder and one must remember that opinions are like backsides every one has one and based on a commodity with the amount of backsides in the world they aint worth much !
So good onya dave if it means spending more time with your lovely wife in an environment that she is comfortable then good on ya
And plus i rekon you should get at least 50k to set of tyres ya lucky bastard

I agree 100% and if i could get Melody to come along on one I'd have one as well. If we all fanned out we would have a spider web
Dave has taken our ribbing for what it is. I'm happy to call it quits now and enjoy my mate enjoying his new wheels.
