Wash your mouth out & go to your room
Cool change has just arrived ( kinda windy now,.......... wonder if we could take the honor away from Perth & become the windiest city ) & is cooling things down quite rapidly ( might have to put a shirt on , I'm getting quite perky little nipples )

The problem is that everything heats up after a few days & it makes it feel twice as hot .

Re: Adelaide turns it on
I would ride at night, But there is so much dirt and gravel on roads in town and it's so dry out in the scrub the Roo's, Emu's and Goat's are hang around big time. The last time I rode was about 3 or 4 weeks ago in town on a Sunday morning and seen 4 roo's.

Sooo glad I didn't keep that postie job in Swan Hill... we're not having fun with the heat either. I think today is heading for 44. Im heading for the aircon.

Have been on holidays from my postie job, luck to be going back to it on Wednesday when it's only 40!
Re: Adelaide turns it on
Yes. Sunday could be the day to finally blow the cobwebs out of the Bandit and relearn how to ride!
Re: Adelaide turns it on
Mate, I feel hot just looking at that.

Here we go again. We get the same here, only a couple of days later, but not being near the coast, it doesn't cool off so quick

We're having 43 tomorrow , & by friday it will be .......................26 lol .
we broke all adelaide recorded temperatures for the amount of days over 40 deg in a summer today plus 43 again tomorrow
Since I went back to the bike full time a few months ago & sold our second car , I've had more extremes in all types of weather than I have ever had in my life

Re: Adelaide turns it on
I got pretty wet riding to the Gong this morning. Not so warm either... Heated grips are great for keeping your hands dry though I don't think NSW has had the crazy extremes SA (and Vic) has had recently. In fact, the past week has been pretty grey and relatively cool. I'm not complaining though
