It would be funny if when he got to where he was going all he had left was the handle. All the rest ground away

Just wondering what they would be charged with - towing an unregistered shopping trolley maybe    

It's not some obscure back road either by the look of it - the signage is in english.

I reckon it's USA as it looks to me like they are driving on the right hand side, the truck up ahead is in the very right hand lane, and it appears the bridge ahead of it has it's embankment close to the right side as well.  I also think a picture taken by a driver (if it was over here) would have been a little difficult, though not impossible.

Ha I used to think that was silly, but technically it would be a right hand drive.... the lights are angled differently!
