A shot of the Tamar River taken from our front porch, the blue light is on Batman Bridge and the white dot is our only street light:
Re: Misc Nature Photo's Thread
nice water front you`ve got there Barry.
I had to look twice, as I thought there was steam coming off the water, but it was the glare from the sky on the water.

We do get fog and mist on the river, especially this time of year, unfortunately my el-cheapo camera doesn't do it justice.

I'm not sure its nature but is certainly miscellaneous. Great patina on the old girl.

Continuing on with Jimmy's theme, these are all waiting to be saved from a return to nature:
Re: Misc Nature Photo's Thread
I went to a lot of car swap meets with my father when I was a kid. I was amazed at the shit that people would pull out to sell (and what others would buy) like a pair of chassis rails and rotten wooden wheels that was once a model "T" with words like "good project" or "rare" and $10,000 or offer. I understood then the words "Ground up restoration", it means that is was once rust and dirt that has been refined and smeltered into something like the original.

We're having our seasonal visitors demanding to be fed or we'll be woken at some ungodly hour for not complying
Luckily we look forward to them and their mates

Nothing special Chris, just a common Blackbird. The thing is the nest is within reach and level with our front deck, I'm surprised the mother wasn't scared off by the dogs.
