Suzuki BANDIT 1250 Performance EFI Intake Speed Chip Module
Hmm, I saw this on eBay at:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Suzuki-BANDIT-1250-Performance-EFI-Intake-Speed-Chip-Module-Plug-N-Play-Kit-Mod-/400272472935?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5d32193b67
Is this cheap rubbish, has anyone used it and can provide comments as it sounds questionable?

The idea of how it works is a sound one. Fiddle with the signal the IAT (Inlet Air Temp) sensor is sending to the ECU and the bike will most likely produce more go. 15 HP - who knows
The little box will most likely take the original signal and manipulate it in a way to tell the ECU that the air is colder thus the ECU injects more fuel because colder air can handle more fuel thus making more power in theory.
Personally I think there are better ways of doing it.
