I saw this as well, if it goes for this price or slightly more it's a pretty good deal for box, top plate and mount.

It is the slightly cheaper Givi top box (Monolock system), it has the M5M top plate and won't fit the larger E52/55, V46 range. The mount rails cost $139 by themselves so could be worth buying for that alone. The box is a 45 litre GIVI E450 Simply II MONOLOCK, retail new is $330, so his estimate of $500 new is pretty accurate.
