Braided lines for sale
You may have read elsewhere i stuffed up an ebay order.
I ordered a set of front braided lines for my bike. I DIDNT order ABS lines.
So if anybody is interested i have a set of brand new, never fitted HEL front braided lines for the NON ABS 1250. They are transparent red. I also have a rear line, also red for non ABS.
Please PM if interested.

@Cameron: If you find a reasonable priced set of ABS lines let us all know. The cheapest I have seen is around $270

If you can measure the lines with a piece of string or something, ill let u know if they are the same length. I assume the fittings are the same, if you can send me a photo, ill let you know.

Another way to cross check is to give your local dealer a call and ask them nicely to check whether the part numbers are the same. I did that when I got my A/M screen, as zero gravity does not list one for the '06 1200, but it is the same as the '07 1250. Spare parts people are usually pretty helpfull if you talk to them nicely.

Re: Braided lines for sale
Got them today.
Fitted and bled them from 11am to about 2pm - took some time to get air to percolate up to master cylinder, and had to rotate lever on bar and then turn bar to left to get piston above the joins and then lo and behold, last air bubbles came up into m/c and got a good feel.
Lost a little time initially as didn't put crush washer between L and R lines at junction to m/c, so some weeping evident on high lever pressures.
Pulled it apart at m/c and fitted the middle washer and of course very little bleeding then to get it finished.
Short road test at low speed and feels like the feel is a bit better but tomorrow in commuter traffic is the real test for feel.
Will fit rear line this weekend.
