air filter lid Empty air filter lid

can any one help me ? i cannot get the lid off , removed the 2 screws can get the top to lift up but cant get the lid off to get the air filter out . checked out the work shop manual and owners book even had a little wrestle but to no avail some help would be appreciated

There is 4 screws mate.

Look just down in front of the battery, you need a longish screw driver to reach them. One on each corner of the lid.

lol! I don't actually know what that means. Smile And I repair Iphones, there is precious little they can't be revived from, parts are cheap, except motherboards.
