Little road-trip to Rylstone yesterday,(550km) by-passed Denman on the way, Yarawa deviation = paved goat track through farms especially here:

Where there was so much dried mud from cattle crossing the road you can barely find it.

Good news is you don't have to take the deviation any more as the bridge has been re-opened, bad news there is still an unpaved section crossing a spur just before you reach the Bylong Valley Way, very steep decent but no problem on the big Bandit adventure bike

Point of Interest - Baerami School of Arts (There are toilets around the back)

Sounds like you had fun Peter. They often have homestead/farm deviations around that way, I remember the last time I went through Bylong I had to deviate through a homestead.
