riding with dealers

Has anyone ever done one of these with teammoto. Would anyone want to give it ago?

27th November - TeamMoto Triumph Virginia Northside Road Ride
For all those Northsiders, TeamMoto Triumph Virginia's monthly road ride will kick off from 1924 Sandgate Road, Virginia on Sunday, November 27th 2011 at 7am with the coffee van in attendance!

The ride will take a route through Clear Mountain and up into the Sunshine Coast hinterland. The ride will conclude around for Lunch at Bellbird Creek Tea House outside Kenilworth.

And this month, due to the awesome amount of numbers that we have been receiving, each rider will be given an arm band to distinguish them as part of the TeamMoto Triumph Virginia ride!

No thanks , i dont quite get the large group ride thing .Besides, i can get to Kenilworth without being told which way to go buy a marshal .

That sounds a bit harsh ,i just have a better time with one other . To many people to please in a large group for me .

Yeah I'm over the big group ride thing.
They can be pretty dangerous in my opinion too.
I'm happy to ride in groups of 12 or so but a large number of unknown and questionable experience I avoid.
Its a marketing exercise by the dealer by the sounds of it.
Not telling you not to go but take it easy.

yea, I think it is the large group of likely inexperienced riders that scares me....

1. likely to have racers want to overtake in stupid places at stupid speeds....

2. likely to have them not paying attention and run straight up your ass.....

I was just curious to see others experiences.....
