Gear shift lever
Im basically on the bludge . Looking for a second hand gear shift lever for a 1250,condition not important. The reason is that after turning my foot pegs 180 degrees to get that little bit extra leg room I now have the problem that the position of the shifter makes up or downshifts awkward because as well as down the pegs also end up set slightly forward. Have gone through the full range of adjustments but cant get that happy medium. Want to try shortening the pivot to toe length which I think will help cure my problems. The only problem I can see is the change in shifter leverage making shifting a tad harder as far as force required. If any one can help I am happy to pay for the lever and postage. Or if any other average hieght rider (6-2plus) has another cure HELP.
