new years resolution

I've made three this year

1. Get fitter (and maybe in the process loose some weight)
Me and the mrs are taking this one pretty seriously, so much so we went out and brought this
plus a couple of hundred $ worth of dumbell, kettle ball and bench thrown in. It's day 2 and I now know of muscles that have been unused since I left the A team

2. Move up the ladder at work

3. Smile more

What are your's

For probable the first time i didn't make one.

But to spur you on , i read that 90% of all new exercise equipment sold well only be used for a couple weeks .

They recon it takes up to 28 days to form a habit so I recon if I persist at it for the next month I should hopefully be good.

Yeh right - that's why a habit of exercising each day (or thereabouts) for 20 years took all of 2 days to break

None made here , forgot all about it .Had so much rain in QLD.just hasnt felt like Xmas.Put Christmas lights out for last 3 weeks, only managed
to turn them on twice because so wet .Went for a ride across the range today ,super muggy and rain.Roads a total mess , deep pot holes
everywhere,like 25cm deep .Bloody dangerous.Hate to think what its like out west.
So much water .

Well that rules me out for going for a ride out that way tomorrow Gus. Might go to the coast instead
