What brand is it, and are you happy with it?
Im looking for one, but not sure where to go

Did you check out the Powerbronze website? It takes a while to find it but it looks like a good item.

Re: Rear Hugger
sorry only pic I have ATM
Skidmark brand.
I think dmaxhall has one too
fits easy
don't like the 2 piece design, think it should be one piece
priced OK (about $250ish from memory without looking)
delivery time from the Oz importer was about 4 weeks
not unhappy with the product, but IMO could do with some imporvements

SkidMarx Carbon Rear Hugger.
As posted elsewhere, the main issue with this was that the edge is rolled which could cause cracking when fastening it along the swingarm. I used 1-1.5mm rubber to pad it out to try to prevent cracking. Filling the lip with black sealant would also work.
Fairly happy with the hugger. Was not sealed on the underside as much as I thought it should have been, but a couple of coats of flat black helped it out.

I was at a servo in Jan when a B1250 with QLD plates and Yoshi RS3 pulled in. I was looking at Yoshi's at the time and couldnt find $900 so I waited for the dude to take his lid off but before he did I spotted a fender eliminator on the steed as well and I thought this bloke has spent some serious cash. He takes his lid off and hes 75 years old (good on him) We get talking and the list of mods are as long as your arm. TRE, DB Screen, Rad Guard, Hugger, Can, Seat Cowl, Fat Grips, Scott Oiler etc and he said it was now the best bike he'd ever owned. I dont doubt that...........

Re: Rear Hugger
he new Bandit 1250 Ermax hugger is now available from Holeshot Performance. This rear wheel hugger is a very high quality injected molded product, with a finish second to none. It replaces the original chain guard, looks super clean , plus will keep road grime off the rear shock and suspension linkage. Its bolts up quickly with the supplied bracket and hardware.
Note ! The right hand bracket comes in silver only, but can be easily painted satin black if desired, and the rear plastic brake line holder must be removed as it is no longer needed.
Bandit 1250 Ermax Hugger
Part No. B1250-H $210.00
Prices subject to change without notice

Thats a pic from the holeshot.com website and I should have mentioned that when posting
In any case thats what it would look like on my bike as I have the black swing arms.
If I get one I'lll also get a set of front braided lines ($100 ish) making freight charges work for me
Re: Rear Hugger
Ive been looking around for one for a while. just wasnt sure which one to go for.
