Hugger ......
Ive never been a big fan of HUGGERS . They seem to be flimsy, lack shape and chain guard is an after thought .Then there is the price rip-off .
I was looking at the one my Tuono thinking "carbon " when i thought i'd try this .
Now its not fixed in place and not an exact fit (but close ). Now if iwas to cover it in fiberglass, pull the glass off the original hugger and add more
glass underneath for strength. Then give it a carbon top, it leaves me with a cheap hugger and my original chain guard .
Its a shame i'm not a huge hugger fan ,or is it worth the effort ?

There'd be a lot of differing pressure zones and vortexes going on around the hugger, especially at silly speeds. Maybe that's why the chain guard is added, for strength?
I hope you can figure out a generic one. I'd be keen to try one out on my mk2. I'm not sure how different it would be to your bike.

That would certainly stop some of the crap . The one I had on my last bandit was a bit longer than that & almost touched the wheel / didn`t seem to cause any problems .

Re: Hugger ......
The Ermax hugger on mine is well made, and the integrated chain guard gives it a lot of extra strength. I am always cautious about mods around the rear wheel. A mate on a Triumph 955i had a pack slip off his rack and rotate into the rear wheel at 120ks, which locked up the rear and after some spectacular yaws, high-sided him. The thought of anything locking the rear gives me the shudders.

Would be hard to mount without chain guard attached
I think it looks better without the chain guard attached.
