Need some mirror info

I've developed a two piece adjustable, extended mirror mount for the 1250 Bandit, and I have discovered that the rubber cushion that fits between the mirror mount and the cowling that Suzuki now sells is a completely different shape from the rubber cushion that came on my 07 1250.

So if anyone with an 08 and 09 1250 can remove one of your mirrors and take a picture of the bottom of the mirror mount and the rubber cushion and send them to me it would be greatly appreciated, as I need to see what if any changes I may need to make to the shape of my mirror mount base plate, and if you have the older shape rubber cushion or newer shape rubber cushion, and if so did that make any changes to the shape of the mirror mount to accommodate the shape of the new style rubber cushion.

I did a cross fitment check and the same rubber cushion listed for the Bandit 1250 is used on 52 other previous and current models as well, so my gut feeling is that Suzuki has simple changed the shape of the rubber cushion to save money, as the new style rubber cushion I saw at the Suzuki dealer is a much simpler shape and is smaller and uses less material.

Those are just like the ones on my 07. The ones you get from Suzuki under the part number for the rubber cushion are much narrower and have straight sides with full radiused ends.
