Re: Suzuki Fan.
Welcome gus. Good to see some one doing some decent k's. My mate Jimmy has ridden 2 Bandit 1200's some serious k's and is currently on his way from WA to Tasmania. The Bandits are a great all rounder

Still own the Tuono, Bonn. and the Bandit 1250
Sold the Tuono once and bought a Triumph Sprint 2006 .Hated it. I know, must be the only person in OZ. who disliked it.
Maybe it was the full fairing thing. It always seemed to run so HOT felt like I was being cooked.Riding position made my hands
go to sleep after fifty ks.Great motor with heaps of power.Only had it for a month and realised i was riding around with a frown
on my face.Rang up the bike shop and asked if tuono was still there, it was ,so exchanged again.Lost about 3grand in 4 weeks.
Still managed to ride out on the tuono with a big smile on my face. The Sprint just did not suit ME.We own a Bonni. and love it
so i am not Triumph bashing.Brought the Bandit a couple of years later to go touring(Tas.P.Island)Just throw the ventura at it
and press the button on the right.

Welcome to the group.
PS: I'm not a big fan of the Sprint either. Rode a mate's from work and liked the note of the triple but just can't yet believe a Pommy bike built for a temperature range of -20 to + 20 is going to work in Oz temps! Horses for courses though.
