Wanted: Front wheel 2009 1250 Bandit ABS

Hi All,

A long shot. Anyone know of a spare front wheel for sale  for a GSF 1250 SA (mine is a 2009)? I hit a big pothole that leapt out at me unseen when following a truck on Thunderbolts between Uralla and Walcha. The wheel was damaged (big deep ding on one side of rim with accompanying crack), leaving me stranded. I rode flat front the 15km back to Uralla, caught a flight to Sydney from Armidale, then next day did a 13hr, 910km round trip with car and trailer. to bring it home...much fun indeed.

Did you take pics of road, you can report damage & claim.
Hope you get a wheel soon.
Reminds me that I must redo my roadside assist for the 3 bikes.

Thanks. No I did not think to get a photo. I had ridden on a bit after hitting the pothole and when riding back I was just happy to keep the thing moving.
I was actually riding back from Qld and had 450 km under my belt when it happened. The bike had stranded me up there over Christmas when it blew an oil seal in the water pump and I had flown back up there to pull the pump and changed the seals (a task in itself without any special tools).

Talk about a shit run !!
