Seen chinesse knockoffs on ebay going from $180 to $280, haven't noticed too many others,  try the bike motorwreckers, they've got a pretty good network between themselves and if there is one they'd find it.

The Suzuki Gladius headlight is the exact same part number so that might give you more places to look.

Have a look at the parts diagrams on here, I found the later (batman) mount bracket pretty easy, haven't found the bracket for the round light yet.
