Well after being severely miffed that NZ Sky TV DOESNT show the Aussie MotoGP live I got stuck into trimming down my rear mudgaurd and reducing the 'size' of the rear number plate light. I've scoured the posts of many Bandit forums and seen people who've done it but I'm certainly not the worlds best DIY guy.
I raised the number plate as much as I could (about 3 or 4 cms) so I could use the same bracket.
All I used was a hacksaw for cutting the mudgaurd in steps, I will file any loose plastic scraps tomorrow but am very happy with the results

I will for Christmas maybe buy the 'proffesional' fender eliminator that I saw in Potatomashers post but until then, I'm one happy bandit owner
