Video editing programs
OK got my trick little cheepo cam from eBay, built a clever plastic thingy to go in the helmet and shot some basic video!
Now I've discovered I don't have any editing software on my LT! SO..
What free stuff do you guys recommend? (Be gentle as I just a beginner at video thingys!)

Well, for a start , if you have windows you should have Windows Movie Maker which comes with XP and later I believe , it's basic and crappy but should be good enough for a first effort.

Re: Video editing programs
Unlike a lot of other free software I have never seen a "free" video editor worth downloading installing with the exception of Windows Movie Maker.
However if you are prepared to spend between $100 and $200 you have a huge choice.
I personally use Pinnacle Studio 14 (about $130) ann I have just returned from a conference where some presentations were put together using a Ulead Studio and they looked fantastic (about $150).
WMM good for up to 640 X 480 resolution. Commercial packages do HD and or Blu Ray
I recommend you fork out for something that will get you good results.
