First topic message reminder :

Hi Folks

I looking to buy some Oxford heated grips and I would appreciate any insights as to how difficult and time consuming a job installing them myself might be. I have been told by a  retailer in Sydney that to have them installed is about 2 hours labour and at the labour rates of motorcycle shops in Sydney that equates to about $200 - $250 on top of the grips themselves. Any advice or traps with doing a self installation would be appreciated.

TT

Probably nothing, however if it is either a Massey Davidson or a Harley Fergusson, that would be a whole different matter Wink
