Ok when doin valve adjustment dont make the mistake i made and make sure u remove your spark plugs to remove the presure in the cylinders lol

you mean to make rotating the crank easier?

Yeah makes it a bit easier lol 
Also the cylinders hold preasure and throws the adjustment out running like a charm again other than a chattering noise coming from the clutch area

The chattering noise from the clutch is typical bandit. Mine does it,  but I only hear it when I'm not riding it Smile

Yeah only makes the chattering noise while ideling when moving cant hear it at all

You might find it disappears when you pull the clutch in as well

Typically clutch rattle goes away when the clutch is pulled in . Could the noise be coming from somewhere else ( cam chain tensioner ? ).............just being cautious .
