Good Customer Relations
I bought a Scorpio alarm about a month ago from Kenma Online, last week I either dropped the remote or it got squeezed in a car door resulting in a cracked LCD screen and showing no readable information. SO I emailed Colin at Kenma asking how much to buy a new remote .. he replied with $119 but also asked for more information on what was wrong with it, I explained the screen was cracked, he replied he would send me a new remote gratis and put it down to customer relations .. what a top guy .. so Kenma gets my vote for being the best motorcycle accessories store.
