Dakar 2015
Anyone else watching Dakar? Toby price is doing extremely well on his first dakar keeping up with Marc Coma and the other seasoned guys.

Re: Dakar 2015
Dakar is great viewing this time of year.
The scenery amazing and the endurance and skill of the riders even better.
It's really good to see a young New South Welshman taking it to the International Pro's!
Go Toby, channel some of the Andy Caldecott spirit and you'll win it one day.
250km at 170kph off-road trying to read navigators notes at 6000m above sea level or 50deg heat.
Truly is a tough sport..................... not to mention the sand dunes!!!

I can still remember watching him race 2 heats each of the 125, 250 and 500cc motocross state titles the year after he won the 125 title as a teenager
RIP

Toby is currently in 4th and closer to clinching 3rd with a few stages to go. If he finishes in either position it'd have to be one of the best rookie performances at a Dakar against seasoned competition.

3rd overall, a massive effort especially for a rookie and someone that broke their neck less than 2 years ago, Congratulations Toby!!
Re: Dakar 2015
What an awesome ending to Toby's Dakar. It has to be one of the best Dakar rookie rides ever. I'm sure Andy Caldecott would be proud
