New member in Toowoomba
Hi from omvanders. I've just purchased a very schmik 2012 Bandit GSF1250SA from south of the border and rode it back up to Toowoomba about 2 weeks ago.
It has only 11000km on the clock and has been fitted with just about everything a bike such as this could have fitted. Needless to say I am very pleased with the purchase, and look forward to using instead of the car at every opportunity, weather permitting!
Having 'graduated' just recently onto my open license I'm finding this a pretty huge step up from the GS500, and will take a while to come to grips with the extra power on tap. That being said the Bandit is such a pleasant and easy bike to ride.
I'm looking forward to learning so much from this forum.

Welcome aboard.
The power spread is a good teacher for smooth throttle control. Get that right and the B1250 won't bite unless you're asking it to do the impossible.

Nothing special with the name. One of my sons goes by the name vanders on various forums. That makes me 'old man vanders'.
Cheers
