After Market Levers
WOW! I just received some levers for the VStrom, impressed so far by the professionalism and the way they were packed, quality looks good and the detent action on the adjusters is smooth and positive.
The company name seems a bit sus :)and as for the dude that sent it, what's with that name?
You can specify your combination of lever and adjuster colours, too.

Re: After Market Levers
I have had these for ages and recently upgraded to some with a textured finish which I like a lot. (Let the ribbed lever jokes begin)
Both sellers (The Two Wheels and M Factory) do good stuff. Cheap, lasts well and fast service

The coloured one fade , well my gold ones did , a lot . They have a sloppy fit together but cheap so can overlook it .
I certainly would NOT fit them to anything exotic though .

Re: After Market Levers
Not the bar fit but the lever in the housing . I wondered if the clutch lever would actually rattle , it didn't .(luckily )
Bike will not start on position 1 sometimes (clutch ) ,thats the position I want .
Not giving it a very good rap am I .
Short levers were awful .
That adds up to
Fade
Bad fitting
Bike will not start .
Too short .
Apart from that, they're good .

Lol. The Bosco name came form Sienfeld. It's George Costanza's password, guessed by Kramer.
I adopted it for my dog, when I got her. Prior to that I had never heard the name before. Since, I see it and hear it everywhere.
In Japanese manga comics its a bear. USA its chocolate sauce. And in Hong Kong it's Mr Pazzo lever knock offer.

Pays to tighten up most of the screws on them a touch. That will take out some of the sloppiness.
Also wax them as you would your bike and they will not fade.

No Wax on my black pair with red adjusters, they haven't faded and I have had them on for 3 years or so

Ditto - no hassles with the black/red ones over the same period of time.
Re: After Market Levers
I must have been unlucky, 12 months old and my black ones are now a dull gold colour.
