Saw loads of bandits out there today, about 8 i counted.
So it gave me the idea of this thread....see a bandit, post it up.

So ill start...there where 3 that pulled into Robinson Pie Shop just after 12 oclock today.

Rode along the M80 with a new...ish 1250FA in black. Looked good! A chat at the lights revealed this was his second bandit.

I got followed up the main st of Wagga last Sunday by a Black 1200s ( like mine ) and I was totally underwhelmed at the outstandingly poor headlight. It was as blinding as a tealight candle. Sooooo, Can anyone suggest an easy fix, old globe out - new globe in. Ive tried searching but can only find 1250 info. ( Calling MtBeerwah, do you have a copy? over. )

Thats what I'm thinking Hammy. I'd just like someone to tell me the right one to buy or at least where to find it. Ive read too many " wish I'd have bought the such & such and not the whatsaname " stories. 6000 lumens, no 4500 lumens??? you know what I mean.

Well, it wasn't me, although I was out and about on Sunday.  But yes the lights are pretty crap on the Bandits.

35watt 6000K HID switched by relays

External fix
LED spotlights

There are quite a number of members who have fitted both options. Plenty of information available on the forum.

Rabid_Canine spotted me and introduced himself as we were both leaving Norwood Oval yesterday, that's at least 2 (ever suffering) North Adelaide supporters that ride Bandits

I passed a red bandit 600s on the F6 just heading into Heathcote and he/she was riding slowing in the breakdown lane like he/she was hoping to get to the servo at Heathcote  before running out of fuel.
I took a second look when I saw the 600s on the fairing, thought I had been riding too long maybe.

there were a few gen 1/ 600s around  but not too many any more

I did ride to work today but only from Morphettvale to Richmond .........................not as far down as Manton st

Busy around my area today.........3 bandits in 20 minutes! A black 1250s parked near the Salvos hall, a red 1200 and a blue 1250s 2 up cruzin past Bunnings.

I went months without seeing another Bandit around Adelaide, lately they all seem to be out and about unless I've just got more time to notice them pedaling to and from work instead of predicting what everyone else is going to do while I'm doing 60.
There must be a lot of Bandit riders in SA that aren't on here
