I have a personal limit of $1000 for a do me upper(not rideable ) .Buy the time you get it home its cost you about $1200-1400 unless your real lucky . My last project
(tlr) was 1400 kls return in my ute .

That big Suzuki looks mint.
May be an i.d number of the bike add would be good as it hard to find them twice .

Looks like the SOHC F2 Gus - definitely worth restoring as it was the last Honda 750cc before they put the twin camshafts up top. Although the tank striping looks a bit F1 (not the color though). Doesn't matter, both are hard to find and hence collectible.

Project bikes spotted . Cbx10010
what`s your criteria here Gus, before or after?

I`m guessing both!

I want a CBX1000, and play with it, not strictly as this one, but must tinker.

Yep - this was Waffo's outfit, his last post in May 2013 announced he was selling it and Sean Kelly from Bathurst was going to build him a rig on an ST1100, the Bandit was a little too small for his 6'6" frame.  Not sure if the sidecar is still with him, he was from Bowral if the latest add gives a location.

BTW those lower fairings were a copy that Sean made from my originals, he's not too bad a hand with the old fibre glassing.  He has his own small paint booth, so most of his rigs are fully repainted including the complete bike.

Thanks for the memories Gus, Wes Cooley! My brother had one, alloy swingarm, high output engine, geez it was sweet... bloody while ago know. I got to ride it as a povo brother as he was a dink... Prick...  At least I got to ride a few different type of scooters.  Sorry for the delayed post...
