I have not but any throw over on a mono shock bike is going to give you trouble .

I've got a set of Oxford (I think?) throwovers. Two comments which might also apply to other brands:
1. they do rub on the plastic bit below the seat so it's best to put some of that 3M protector on the area under the bags
2. if they are not loaded evenly (ie roughly equal weight on both sides) they tend to try and pull to the side most heavily loaded, ie don't put the jocks and socks on one side and the beers and wine on the other.
