PROUD BANDIT OWNER
Greetings all. I am from Melbourne VIC. I recently bought a new GSF 1250SA 2012 L2. It has the ABS, but I have not needed to test it out so far. I ride and commute most days and have done about 2200KM's so far on the bike. I love the ride, it is my fourth Suzuki now, and love the balance of the bike and the power is there when you need it. Cheers

Welcome LukeMystic
Touch wood you never do need to use the ABS, but its nice to know its there.
Where abouts in Melbourne are you from?
Enjoy the riding.

Welcome aboard.
My next new bike will have ABS. Actually my next new bike will have better than "adequate" brakes.
The A in the model means ABS. Its a bit like saying PIN number

Welcome to the forum. Have a practice with the brakes in a car park somewhere to get used to the feel of the ABS when the wheels get to lock point. It's well worth it as the last thing you want to do is back off when you have to use it in anger.
I won't have another bike without it now.

i have never used mine in ánger' although i have jammed on both brakes at about 120 or so a few times to see what happens - and it just stops without lockup - brilliant!
