Eastern Creek Track Day - MONDAY 14 JUNE

DATE: Monday 14 June
WHAT: Track day at Eastern Creek.

I have booked in the group B, which is the second slowest group.
Its $230 for the 8 sessions of 15mins (from memory)

It will be good to see some bandits out there. Good chance for some cool photos too.

Last year we where talking about having a track day at the creek.
A few of my mates are doing one in a couple months time. So lets get out there and have some fun.
Not sure of the date yet, but there will be plenty of notice if people need to save money and stuff like that.

If youve never been before, you will need a one or two peice suit. If its 2 peice, it must zip together around the waist. If it doesnt, you can hire a suit from the place. For prices, see the EC wedsite.

I was out at the Creek on Monday with my son who has just bought an 07 675 Triumph to race. 2nd time on the bike and doing high 1.44s, bog standard except for a Staintune muffler and revalved suspension, not far of race pace compared to other race 675s from last years FX pRO Twins.

Only saw one 1250 Bandit out on the track on Monday.

Jeez I wish we had a track closer to home. Winton and Wakefield are both about 2.5 hours away, it doesn't sound much, but I don't fancy travelling that distance after doing a day on the track.

I know what you mean.
I used to ride from Canberra to Wakefield Park for track days on my trusty RZ500. Obviously not as far as yourself but after riding pretty hard all day that slog down the highway home was always a killer.

Hi Cameron, any chance we could make it Sunday the 13th? It's just for those of us who need to travel it's pretty hard after a day at the track, (as CruiseControl says).

i would love to, but its been organised with another group i go riding with. but there will be plenty more to come. next one will be organised for a saturday

Amazing day...
But im so tired. Weather was sensational. Couldnt have been better.
No real delays at all today. Had a real blast.

Another trackie will be organised soon, and there is talk about doing one at wakefield.
