Major 2012 M/C Aim.

Does anyone like me have a M/C related target or ambition for 2012. Mine is to make it to the P.I. GP. Have never been, so it is on my "bucket list". My partner Jan will be riding down also, so it will be a leisurely pace, around 500ks per day. We're near Brissy, so its a descent trip. Would go down the coast way, and back up the inland route. Whats yours ?

I would love to do that but..... not a chance this year...

Mine, finish uni and move to a rural town and get a job in child safety services....

Planning has begun and looks like about Sept this year it'll happen.
Once that is dun then the next biggest wish list thing for us is a round Oz trip on the bikes but that is for once the tin lids leave home (ish)

You spelt the Nullaboreing right. Not a very exciting road for a bike. I guess there are some interesting places along the way if you take a few short detours. Watch out for the wildlife.

No major trips planned for this year yet so just lots of shorter ones for me ( anything can happen though )

Im up for a new lud and boots so there goes a faur bit of my play money that would be spent on a trip.
If anyone is riding to PI for any event following the coast south give me a yell and I will see if I can meet at the NSW border and escort you down.
PI is 220km from my place. Nice morning run through some hills and along the Bass coast.

Will definately keep you in mind when the time gets nearer 4WA. Will you have the flashing lights and sirens ?

Planning to come down for the Super bikes at end of Feb... meeting the rest of the troupe (6 in total) at Goulburn on 19th Feb, then to Corryong, up over the Mts via Mt Beauty, Hotham, Omeo and to Lakes Entrance... then to Cowes at the Island for 3 or 4 nights... so around the 21st should be travelling through your territory... (do we need a passport or visa)??
