Buy 6 s\steel bolts and 4 washers ($8-+) File the top off and round off the edges .Then 120 .800, 1000 paper and polish


30 mins later.Retension large bolt 55 Nm .small bolts (4 off ) 23 Nm.


Or go Allen heads


And then say "stuff it .i'll do the rest "

I wish i had so much time to fiddle. im that busy my bike is going in to the shop for the first time ever to get valve clearances done. 49000km. Ill report what the verdict is

allen heads look better but the bolts would be easier to torque / undo later & look ok as well

What are you doing Holdenman so that you carnt replace 15 bolts .Oh ,that ,i understand .
