Moving the reg.
Did the Reg. move made famous by Desert Bandito .It hid the wires nicely and kind of "fits".Needs a fine tune tomorrow.

I did P.M. you and ask your opion of me putting this kind of thing up .YOU NEVER ANSWERED . And if anyone thinks i wrote the above I DID NOT.
May be we better talk .P.M me, you dont answer mine. Not happy Jan.
I don't think he's very serious Gus, nor do I think he'll understand the reference to Jan.

DB you clearly don’t understand Aussie determination (Pom or not ) to get the job done.
Why was there no reply to the PM? You do great work and I only wish I had your engineering skills but ...... ................................shits sometimes. Usually actually.

NOT trying to stir, but gus. if i invented the wheel and you made your own. I'd have no problems. BUT. if you made or helped in some way to make more, I would have a problem with you.gus wrote:Did the Reg. move made famous by Desert Bandito .It hid the wires nicely and kind of "fits".Needs a fine tune tomorrow.
I know you gave DB the credit. but IMO it's like rubbing salt in to the wound.

The way I read it was: I copied DB and if any one else what's too, I can help you.
Remember it's his income.

Re: Moving the reg.
I couldn't give a flying fuck if the mod had been done commercially before. DB doesn't own the idea and there is probably only a couple of ways to do it. As I understand it Gus didn't steal the bracket or CAD drawings. He pulled the rec off, scratched his balls and figured it out for himself. The reference to DB was for the idea only. How many of us have seen something and attempted to replicate it using whatever tools we have at our disposal?
