VHT Hight temp paint
This stuff is really really tough .I sprayed the s\steel can, NO PREP. in case i didnt like it and it has bonded so well . I have tried to scratch it off
but its like powder coating, impressive . If the heel guards wear through (acrylic flat black )i'll spray the heel bit with VHT and put them in the oven.

The little end caps i did , the guard itself i did a while back with acrylic .Its s\steel so the paint it chips off. I'll use paint stripper to get if off
and do a better job with the VHT soon. If you use it put the part in the oven to bake it on ,thats what makes it so tough.

Re: VHT Hight temp paint
Thanks - I've got a Beowulf guard ( same as yours ) that I was thinking of fitting but I wanted to get rid of the polished look but wasn't sure if paint would stick OK and the other thing was there is the bit right in the centre ( "Bandit 1250") that I thought might restrict the airflow too much.
Currently have black mesh guard so being the lazy git I am will prolly just leave it there.
