Bought a 07 1250S Bandit yesterday.
48k km and a shit load of extras, seller was 2nd owner & had 6k km when he got it. He was sad to see her go, medical reason for sale, he's now got to find a new hobby that interests him, he's 82

Looks nice, panniers are on the wrong sides though

I've got the same set up, 2 up it's enough to make do for a 2-3 week trip, solo it's fantastic, I got to take all of my wet weather gear/cold weather gear to Tassie last year as well as my lighter stuff,  and then on the last day posted home what I knew I wouldn't need on the mainland before making room for my daughter to join me for a 2 day ride back to Adelaide

Even on day trips it gives you somewhere to lock jacket, helmet etc and not have to worry about someone else walking off with them

Yes I've seen a pic of "your /my" beast in 1 of your posts. I live in Tura Beach, close to Merimbula . Far south coast of NSW. Been here 13 months, was in Camden for 28 years. We went on first spin today, very good responsive handling, brakes and NOT top heavy compared to my G's.
