Welcome to the forum, you've got some great rides on your door step, I'm a bit envious of those that live in that area
Re: Hi From Hunter Valley
Welcome to the Bandit Forum. We must have enough Newcastle/ Hunter riders now for a group ride. Someone will have to get off their bottom and organise it, this usually means me.
This is good news Chook, you must tell me where they are!

Bylong Valley Way is one of the best I've ever done

You'll be pleased to know then, that Bosco and I did it twice, to and from the Parkes ride.
I must be a bit jaded from doing the same rides multiple times. The road surface around here leaves a lot to be desired. Thunderbolts Way is like a bombing range in parts and the Oxley Highway always seems to have a stop/go control set up on parts. The Putty Road is too close to Sydney so ends up being a "High Enforcement Area" and don't get me started on the Old Pacific Highway between Gosford and Sydney!
The guys down South have some great roads I must get back to.

Welcome along Sap.
@ Re-C, the Thunderbolts Way was pretty good when I came through there after I left you & Bosco. The worst bit was going up the really steep tight part going up the range. There was lots of loose stuff in the corners

Sup, Sap?
Welcome to da bomb forum. Do tell us a bit more about yourself and your bike.
Like Pete said, we'll have to let him organise a Hunter chapter ride and we can meet.
Go on, Pete. You're the best ride planner in these here parts.
