Cottage set on two acres. North of Newcastle
Ma n Pa are getting too old to be on their property alone, anymore, so it's time to move closer to town.
The property is two acres of high fenced paddocks. It comes with the small two bedroom cottage and queenslander sunroom, also a 1950's ex service station building and driveway (in need of repair) and various sheds.
Tank water and pump out sewer system.
Situated 12 minutes north of Raymond Terrace on the Old Pacific Highway. Raymond Terrace is 15 minutes north of Newcastle, NSW.
Ideal for truck driver as parking is ample and freeway access is close by.
PM me for any more details.

That looks like a nice little property Bosco. It a shame my commute would be a bit too long

plenty of work.down this way, Steve, if you fancy a tree change.
And Pete is right, minutes away from The Buckets Way. Motorcycling heaven. The bits without the potholes, anyway. Lol

I'm impressed. Would be interested if I had spare cash but I have a motorcycle habit to support
