G'daay from Queensland
Hello all!
I'm Jason 41yrs and the proud owner of a brand new Suzuki bandit 1250sa (a black one). First new bike I have ever owned . I just love it, its a complete revelation in stance and riding style as I have mainly had sportsbikes/race replicas, (88 dt175, 8? kx 200, 84 rz350, 93 husky wr350, 89-91-94 rgv250x3, 91 gsxr750... others) and a few trailies as you can see, cant wait to gleen much valuable information on getting rid of the low down in the rev range throttle response though!

Hey Jason - welcome to the forum from the mainland. That low speed surging is solvable: just a bit of leanness. Lots of help here!

Welcome aboard Jason. Funny thing s with the low speed throttle issue, it seems to be different for different bikes. Mine was perfect from new but I did need to get the throttle bodies balanced after replacing the fuel pump recently (at 54,000kms) - which virtually eliminated the problem (we probably could have been even more pedantic about the TB balance but close enough to keep me happy). It could be that some come from the crate with the TBs slightly out of sync. That would be the first thing that I'd get checked - it might just go away after that.
Cheers and here's hoping you have many enjoyable kms.

Thanks very much guys,
Yeah the FI on mine is very abrupt in certain situations. I'm thinking of a PCV or TFI box, or something to fix it , but I don't want to loose too much range from what cant be much more than 280-300km From a 19 liter tank (of spirited riding), I guess ? (Im still running her in ATM).
