Yeah, I am gonna try to go - as long as it isn't pouring rain (yeah yeah - I am a sook).

To the Darwin one that is! Barry - I might not get to Tassy!!  Shocked

Have to put a bit of Tinsel on the bike this year (not too much). A few of the blokes go all out to decorate their bikes. It was my first last year, and I really loved the ride. Massive number of bikes, cops everywhere stopping other traffic and waving us through. People stopped looking and waving with their kids. Really good time. Hopefully see you there. Look for the Blue GSX!!! (or one of them anyway!)

Cheers
Steve

Yes Steve, I was there! My other half snapped me on the '08 all tinselled up and loaded with toys for the Salvos and kids. I was running late - I brought up the tail end - and it was HOT!!

Saw two other bandits there - a dark blue 1250 ridden by a bloke I met at the Black Dog ride, and a red 2006 Bandit 1200 (tank and body styled like 2007-onward) owned by a Ulysses member.

I did the Coffs toy run yesterday, with a few hundred others.
Great fun, if a little unnerving not knowing exactly where the bloke on the Cagiva to my left & a little behind me was most of the time!

I completely missed the Darwin one. Must be the rock I've been living under lately.  Neutral
I'm in Perth at the moment, nice dry weather here!
